The foundational ICT services are those enabling operations of other digital services and secure networking in particular. With much of the economy and learning happening on-line, malicious activities in a computer network should be identified as soon as possible.
RTU has developed a service for the identification of network attacks based on big data analytics. It is able to dynamically adjust to ever changing attack patterns. The service will be augmented with a digital twin to assess the severity and consequences of the attacks.
The ecosystem in which the service is delivered will be mapped to demonstrate the role of collaboration in service improvement. This will be supported by innovative e-learning material on efficient use of the service.
